The Mayor’s Office of Economic Development provides grants for programs, projects, and events for a wide range of activities that will provide positive economic impact within the County of Maui. Grants funds can be awarded to both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
FY 2027 Grant Handbook

FY27 Application Deadlines:
- ROUND 2 - FY27 Financial Literacy Program Application opens @ 12:00am, August 12, 2026 - Applications MUST BE RECEIVED by 5:00pm - September 12, 2026
- ROUND 2 - FY27 Student and Youth Travel Grant Application opens @ 12:00am, August 12, 2026 - Applications MUST BE RECEIVED by 5:00pm - September 12, 2026
- OED Proviso and Line Item opens @ 12:00am, April 1, 2026 - Applications MUST BE RECEIVED by 5:00pm - October 15, 2026
